Frank Hackney brings twenty-two years of credit union leadership experience to The Conference Group. His sound business background, focused on the generation of effective, sustainable action, offers a unique blend of academic credentials and organizational experience.

In 2001, Frank created InnerShift Practices, LLC, and since that time, has worked extensively to facilitate organizational action through strategy development and team coaching. His professional development work with CEOs, senior executives, volunteers and leadership teams extends from credit unions to CapitalOne Financial, the NASA-Goddard Space Flight Center and international financial services provider Allianz.

Frank holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science/ International Relations from Old Dominion University. In 1998, he earned a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University, and in 1999 completed Scenario Planning coursework at the Haas School of Business, Center for Executive Development, University of California, Berkeley. In 2000, Frank successfully completed the Newfield Network Coaching and Organizational Learning program and is certified as an Ontological Coach.

 

 

 

Tom Glatt, Jr.

Glatt Consulting, LLC

Tom is a founder of Glatt Consulting, LLC and serves as an Executive Consultant. Tom began his financial services career as a member service representative at Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, ultimately serving as Mortgage Specialist for CommonWealth One FCU.

Tom joined credit union consulting firm Counter Intelligence Associates in 1996 as an Associate Consultant and soon thereafter was promoted to Executive Vice President. In his role as consultant Tom facilitated strategic planning sessions for credit unions from New Jersey to Alaska. As Executive Vice President, Tom was responsible for establishing the firm’s technological solutions. Offerings in this category included website development and maintenance, website hosting, and the company’s well-known Internet broadcast division CIA Studios. Prior to departing CIA to form Glatt Consulting, Tom negotiated the sale of CIA Studios to WesCorp, a corporate credit union located in California.

Tom is a frequent speaker throughout the United States in all areas of planning and strategy, and has appeared as a speaker at the Southwest CUNA Management School, National Association of Federal Credit Unions Annual Conference, CU Conferences’ Bottom Line, InfoTech, and Director's Conferences, and at numerous league and chapter meetings.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College and is a graduate of NAFCU’s Management Development Institute.
