The CU Development Group is a division of The Conference Group, LLC - a professional development organization delivering high-quality learning experiences to credit union leaders worldwide.

The CU Development Group is designed specifically to meet the needs of small to mid-sized credit unions. Our intent is to make high-level professional development training available to all credit unions- delivering essential strategic conversations at a fraction of the cost and time commitment of major conferences.

The Conference Group currently has three divisions. One division delivers international strategic programming, another focuses on corporate social responsibility through philanthropic team building events, and the third, provides regional strategic development and leadership training. Our programs and topics are not ordinary, and as a result, your experience will not be ordinary!
